Perez-Logan Yolanda Perez-Logan, project director
Yolanda Perez-Logan is assistant division director of the Santa Cruz County Probation Department, where she has served for over seven years. She previously worked in the Neighborhood Accountability Board Program where she helped develop the first known Spanish language training in the country for a monolingual Latino population. In 1983, Yolanda founded New Chance, Inc., an adolescent residential care program. She has also served as Latino Affairs commissioner for Santa Cruz County since 1997.

Joseph Honorable Irwin Joseph, judicial fellow
Commissioner Irwin Joseph presides over the only Juvenile Delinquency Court in Santa Cruz County. He recently completed four years in the Family Law Department in Santa Cruz County, hearing dissolution, custody, support, paternity and domestic violence matters. His nine years bench experience includes civil and criminal assignments. Judge Joseph is a faculty member of California Center for Judicial Education and Research (CJER) and the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ), and a member of the Elkins Task Force. He is a graduate of La Verne University School of Law and UCLA.

Bidmon Jeffrey Bidmon, justice fellow
Jeffrey Bidmon manages the implementation and evaluation of wraparound services in Santa Cruz County. He has been a probation officer for Santa Cruz County for 20 years, and has extensive experience in both juvenile and adult probation systems. Jeffrey has served on many national and local boards and commissions and served two terms as president of the board of education for San Lorenzo Valley Schools. He is also a trainer and consultant working both locally and nationally.

Manov William Manov, Ph.D., treatment fellow
William Manov has been the director of the Santa Cruz County Alcohol and Drug Program for 15 years. He has worked to curb drug abuse in the county, including co-founding the Together for Youth/Unidos Para Nuestros Jovenes prevention effort, helping probation and children's mental health develop two youth substance abuse programs; and developing multi-agency funding streams for youth diagnosis treatment services like Drug MediCal.

Molina Jaime Molina, community fellow
Jaime Molina has worked in mental health and with at-risk youth for the past 10 years. He serves as a mental health client specialist for Santa Cruz County. Jaime also works with families in the wraparound program and teaches parent education. He has volunteered in the community for many years, working against substance abuse and violence, and advocating for youth and families. Jaime was awarded the United Way Community Hero Award in 2004.
