The following team members worked on the Reclaiming Futures Project W.E.A.V.E.:

DeMitchell Michelle DeMitchell, project director and community fellow
Michelle DeMitchell is the marketing coordinator for Great Lakes Recovery Centers. She has coordinated individualized programming for children with disabilities, including early identification, home-based services and education plans for many years. She has also worked with youth and families on transition planning, discharge planning, family treatment planning and treatment reviews. Michelle is a member of the National Association of Children's Mental Health, CAUSE (Citizens Alliance to Uphold Special Education), Marquette Wraparound Community Board and the Marquette-Alger Mentor Taskforce. She also volunteers with Big Brothers/Big Sisters as a mentor.

Anderegg Hon. Michael Anderegg, judicial fellow
Judge Michael Anderegg has been a probate and juvenile court judge for the past 28 years. He is president of the Upper Peninsula Probate Judges Association and is a past president of the Michigan Probate Judges' Association and of Children's Charter, a statewide advocacy group. He served eight years as a trustee of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges and received the President's Award for distinguished service to that organization. Judge Anderegg is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Michigan Law School.

Hyde Hon. George Hyde III, judicial fellow
George Hyde III is an attorney in private practice, focusing on criminal defense, family law and personal injury litigation. George is a part-time chief referee for the Marquette County Circuit Court Juvenile Division and presides over abuse, neglect and juvenile delinquency cases. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Marquette County Bar Association. He also serves on the board of directors for the John D. Voelker Foundation.

Rosenberger Renae Rosenberger, juvenile justice fellow
currently the interim director of juvenile services. Previously she worked as a juvenile probation officer, child care counselor, in-home detention worker, and daycare center owner and operator. Renae serves on the board of directors for the Adult Learning Systems of the Upper Peninsula and the Child and Family Services' Wraparound, and is involved with the Upper Peninsula Children's Coalition and the Marquette Family Community Collaborative. She earned bachelor's and master's degrees from Northern Michigan University. She and her husband have been foster parents to more than 30 children.

Eltman Connie Eltman, MSW, CAC II, treatment fellow
Connie Eltman has worked in the field of chemical dependency for 28 years. She taught elementary school and high school, and supervised in-patient youth at Marquette General Hospital 's chemical dependency treatment unit. For the past 10 years, Connie has served as director of outpatient addiction services for the hospital and has 10 years experience working with populations with co-occuring disorders. She is also director of five behavioral health services clinics across the Upper Peninsula.
